“Let the curse fit the crime.”
An obese lawyer finds himself growing "Thinner" when an old Romani man places a hex on him. Now the lawyer must call upon his friends in organized crime to help him persuade the old man to lift the curse. Time is running out for the desperate lawyer as he draws closer to his own death, and grows ever thinner.
This is a relentless, dread-soaked descent into body horror and grim fantasy. It feels unsettling and grotesque, driven by a desperate struggle against an inescapable curse. The atmosphere is thick with a sense of impending doom, as the protagonist's physical and moral decay accelerates with propulsive urgency.
