He eventually penetrates the secret organization and must confront them.

A disorienting descent into bureaucratic nightmare. The film feels like a waking dream, steeped in paranoia and existential dread, punctuated by moments of bleak, absurd humor. It's a puzzle box that leaves you questioning reality.
